Hell, I wish there really was an anti-Trump "deep state".

I hope there is. And I hope their power and influence runs wide and deep.

And I hope they take down the entire Trump administration and a good portion of the GOP with it.

Well, technically that Deep State failed to prevent him from getting elected and taking office. It has also failed to get him expelled from office. If it is real, then it should be capable of running interference against him, and Trump has certainly experienced his share of setbacks, from the Obama administration unmasking Flynn through to today.
