Trump just said Brett had problems with drinking as a young man

Why do you think he is?

(I'm not being an asshole, I seriously want to know your thoughts :) )

Because the only thing Trump can do that can't be overturned or reversed by the establishment after he leaves office is stacking the Court. If he wants to stack the Court he has to get his nominees through. If he gives up on his nominees he won't get them through. If he doesn't get them through he's toast.

I did that already by posting that e-mail from Brett Kavanaugh as an adult working in the Bush White House, discussing his blackout drinking and belligerent sore-loserdom.

Did you just ignore that?

Wow.

Imagine being such a fucking hack that your brain just blocks out things that are too difficult to explain away.

You are either purposefully ignoring what I brought up or aren't understanding it. You asked why would people who drank a lot when they are young change as adults. I've answered multiple times why. Do you have any evidence or proof that shows people who partied a lot when young party at that same level as adults. Any studies or statistics.

I have a literal e-mail from the guy who we are specifically talking about.

An e-mail from 2001, when he's long since finished college/law school, showing that he hasn't changed any of his drinking habits.

So you keep trying to make this about something bigger, when the context of what we're discussing is Brett Kavanaugh.

He proves that people do not change their ways. Particularly if they're never held accountable for those ways. Which is the case with Brett.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that Kavanaugh likes beer!

He said he loved beer more than he said he loved his wife during his testimony last week.

That's why she looks absolutely fucking pissed with him in every photo of the Committee that day.

I still think this thing ends with Brett withdrawing his nomination, stepping down from his current position, and checking himself into rehab, but only after giving a teary press conference where he blames his addiction problems on liberals.

Whiny, entitled, white, affluent victimhood is Brett's game.

But it clearly didn't, which is why I posted that 2001 e-mail.

Yeah, he was working in the fucking White House.

And it establishes that his drunken behavior didn't end when he graduated college.

So if he was still a sloppy fucking drunk as recently as 2001 when he worked in the Bush White House, why wouldn't he continue those drinking habits today as a federal judge?

You are just looking for things to spew hate and anger just like those who seek to spew hate toward others based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or anybody else they have learned to hate.

You have zero evidence Kav continued such behavior as a judge. Many people stop such behavior with age and achieving jobs which would be risked with such behavior. We have heard from no witnesses who have worked or known him as a judge who described drunken behavior. In the absence of such behavior you make the outlandish claim it continued. Almost none of my acquaintances who drank continued to abuse alcohol or drugs as they aged.

You espouse intolerance in the name of tolerance.
