Your stated problem with Kavanaugh was/is his perceived (yours, not mine) inability to be non partisan. Bring up Ginsburg is not changing the subject. It is fact she is partisan, therefore in your eyes should be not able to be a SCJ. Do you think she should step down? Real simple question here.
He did not "badger" the Democrats at all. He answered their really childish questions with the best answers anyone could come up for those. And the mos ridiculous ones he just shut them down. They made it real easy for him. They always do. And what "conspiracy crap" are you talking about?
