Unless the Democrats are willing to go on record saying they'll vote for him when an investigation shows he's innocent, an investigation is meaningless.

Even if there is an investigation and they find Ballsy-Ford is lying about everything, it will not change the Democrats vote.

If they had started the investigation when this first surfaced the investigation would be over by now.

The Clarence Thomas investigation took 3 days.

If Feinstein had gone thru regular order when she got the letter and contacted the Chair for an FBI investigation.

I'd put his odds at 80% confirmation,but like i said -politicians crumble under any pressure

you don't get it. the supporting 4 she claimed all are NOT WITNESSES. they can only report hearsay.

Judge is an alkie/dope fiend - whatever he says is easily impeachable, but he's not going to say anything.

The only thing that could change is caving to political pressure ( the real reason behind the Dems wanting an "investigation")

I think the GOP can wait a week or two.
