Would you be proud if your daughter put out the affidavit Swetdick did?

Meaning if your daughter as an adult showed up at a party where she witnessed a gang rape she not only didn’t report it, she kept going back?

Also, couldn’t Swetdick be charged with contributing to the delinquency of minors? She was a legal adult

I would be proud of her for finally speaking out, but I would wish that if she were at such a party she would have done something about it. I don't think, unless she hosted the party or provided the booze she could be charged with contributing to the delinquency.

The fact that she did not report it is not surprising to me and does not affect my thoughts about her creditability. Plenty of people attended such parties without reporting these things.

Yeah, I do. Because to date no one has shown one bit of evidence to prove their case. Thus far, Ford and Ramirez have both tried to state that other people were there only to have every single person they named state the contrary.
