The Smearing Of Brett Kavanaugh Is Truly Evil

Who says bad things about Brett?
Well, Ford is testifying Thursday. She will be cheated out of her fair treatment by Repubs in their rush to justiceship.
Ramirez says he exposed himself to her after drinking.
Roche his roommate in college says Brett as a heavy drinker and belligerent and aggressive when drinking too much;
Kantrowitz, college friend says brett bragged about his prowess with women and was not a virgin like he claimed.
Avenatti has another woman he attacked and says he has backup witnesses,

All this and more when it is over. The FBI could have addressed it with an investigation. The Repubs are blocking it. Wonder why?
The Repubs are too chicken to ask their own questions. They are saying Ford is lying, but will have a woman lawyer do the questioning. Where is the power of their convictions, the face to face with an accuser?
The Repubs should have had the FBI do their job and addressed all the problems honestly. But many Repub senators, like Lindsay, are saying their mind is already made up. Does not matter what Ford says.
kavanaugh is a bad choice for the country and a worse one for the repubs. This show hearing is a display of how they govern. When the reds vote him in, they must know he is tainted for life. They are tained too.

This is not a court of law, those rules dont apply.
So all Judge has to say is that he knows nothing and he is off the hook?
Surely you dont expect anyone to believe that BS.

Ford took a polygraph from someone from her lawyers law firm. Ford clearly doesn't remember the events. She doesn't know the time, date or location of the supposed attack. She could easily pass a polygraph if she believes what she is saying is true. Every single person she stated was at the party, men and women, have said they have no idea what she is talking about.

There is nothing for the FBI to investigate.

We are a nation of laws and civility. Therefore, there is the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. We don't take the word of partisan hacks who make claims they cannot substantiate with facts, witnesses or corroboration.

No. But at the same time, the accuser needs to produce some credible evidence. At this time neither one has produced anyone that remembers what they are talking about.

They don't believe that accusers should have to make their formal full set of accusations first.
If this is to be the new norm, then the next time any of the leftist's crowd get accused of anything they need to remember that it is THEY who have to prove their innocence FIRST before hearing any actual formal charges.
If we declare any of them to be idiots or liars, it's up to THEM to prove they are NOT. If they can't? Too bad. They're guilty as charged. :cool:
