"Trump walks back his plan to declassify Russia probe documents"

Trump, on Twitter, said the department’s inspector general would review the documents “on an expedited basis” and would “move quickly.”

“In the end I can always declassify if it proves necessary,” Trump wrote

This was in the article linked here as well; most are too stupid to read it and comprehend it. ;)

noboy is making that claim. they are claiming "national security" -typical Deep State ruse since we all know all the players andd the events .But again I cannot defend this - so characterize it as you wish

I know what they are "claiming".

that has to be about Steele
Trump got played. Too bad he could have gone for transparency. Mueller really is not involved in this

Letting the IG do it means more months of speculation. Very poor move by Trump

So now he is "persuaded" by the likes of Rosenstien? I'm confused, I thought Rosenstien was out to get Trump?

Still makes him look like a little bitch. But knowing his supporters, they'll forget all about it when he starts crying about a conspiracy again.
the conspiracy is out there for those who want to connect the dots. but you have to investigate it, and it's confusing
bcause of the small amount of players with multiple roles -all obscured by "classification"

That's what this was supposed to do instead. give a transparent view.
But the DS and lawyers, and UK got to Trump. And I'm not defending Trump being hoodwinked either.
He should have stuck by his own instincts . That's on Trump. he got played

why would you need a memo to view unredacted docs? Trump caved though. no question about it

Nunes doesn't, nor does now need, a memo, but what he does require is enough ambiguity in documents to author a memo, which it seems now after they saw what was there didn't provide

Translation: you have to jump to conclusions, and it still doesn't make sense. Just like a lot of conspiracy theories.

"President Trump on Friday walked back his order earlier this week to declassify information in the ongoing probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election, saying Justice Department officials and others had persuaded him not to do so for the time being."

https://www.washingtonpost.com/worl...?utm_term=.5ddde7d45fb0&wpisrc=nl_most&wpmm=1

"persuaded him," when was the last time anyone "persuaded" Trump, especially his Justice Dept, which the Trumpkins have been telling us is the "deep state?"

Higher probability is that they read what they demanded uncensored and it just further proved the House's lackeys' inneundos and conspiracies are bogus, even Nunes can't frame the "alternative" narrative if the documents released lack ambiguity

declassifying sensitive classified documents to save your ass from a special prosecutor is obviously high treason

he should face the death penalty ASAP

You twits have issues with reading comprehension. Trump didn't walk anything back.

Therefore, the Inspector General has been asked to review these documents on an expedited basis. I believe he will move quickly on this (and hopefully other things which he is looking at). In the end I can always declassify if it proves necessary. Speed is very important to me - and everyone!”

Liberals are willful in their lunacy, dishonesty and stupidity.

In other words, he bounced it to the IG, shortly the House lackeys, per script, will start screaming that the IG is stalling, if the areas censored provided enough inconclusiveness to frame a narrative Trump would have had these uncensored pages out ASAP

we still got the gist of it.
the texts are a massive guideline/timeline as well, and there are SO MANY DIRECT ACTIONS MENTIONED even you can't say they were cherry picked.
even the FISA we saw all goes back to Steele iterations of Steele by Isikoff (kiting/circular sourcing).

But we really need to see the Strzok EC, and barring that the FISA would have helped.
It will all come out eventually, but an IG report is a bad way to do it. cannot ascribe motivatiosn

So why didn't he? His House lackeys been screaming for them, he intiated the unprecedented action, and now your telling us he decided to pass it on in a bureaucratic move? Like the guy ever tells the truth

DJT's negotiating tactics are moving the ball forward. If you can't recognize moves and counter moves, I feel sorry for you. The pressure is on the IG to review those twenty pages fast, now.
