ABC News’ “The View” co-host Joy Behar declared that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is “probably guilty” of decades-old sexual assault allegations and slammed “old," "white men” in the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday.

“These white men, old by the way, are not protecting women,” Behar said of congressional Republicans who stand by Kavanaugh. “They’re protecting a man who is probably guilty.”

California professor Christine Blasey Ford claims Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her more than 35 years ago, but it’s unclear if she’s willing to testify on Capitol Hill because she wants the FBI to investigate first – which would delay the hearing.

Behar – an outspoken liberal and regular critic of President Trump -- urged Kavanaugh to take a lie detector test to prove his innocence.

“Let’s see that from you, or are you a coward?” Behar asked before claiming Republicans are “vehemently for overturning Roe V. Wade.”

It's a stall. Ford scrubbed her social media of what was no doubt partisan postings.

No one cares if he is, no one cares if cops murder unarmed black folk in the streets for no reason; america just needs to pretend it cares.

He'll get in, no one cares if the US Supreme Kangaroo Court is packed with racists or rapists, we just need to put on a show. The Dems don't care either, Feinstein and Grassley both knew ahead of time about the blacked out drunk rape attempt and Bart's lies during the hearings on other matters.

He should have been disqualified when his racist views were brought to light. But they let that pass....its when you attempt to rape white women and children people start paying attention.
