We know you're the forum's foremost authority on everything, Toxic, but I suspect you're wrong about that. Therapists often encourage clients to confront their abusers, to force them to own what happened, in order to find peace and closure.

Aren't you going to do your usual Attack The Victim schtick now? She was asking for it, she was wearing a bathing suit. She shouldn't have been there. She was probably drunk. Those boys were just having fun. Etc.

Let her testify and show how desperate the Democrats are. WOW, Bret Kavanaugh committed sexual misconduct when in high school. If that is the Democrat standard for SCOTUS then 99.9% of men are ineligible.

Does it really matter what his age was. If it was a traffic ticket you could use that excuse, but not for something this serious. Now that this woman has come forward will others be doing the same?

Absolutely. Just look at the scorn already being heaped on this woman..... and it's only going to get worse. Plus she is a respected professor with a doctorate who stands to perhaps suffer career repercussions by going public.

But then, when you are a party of lies, innuendo, ignorance, and cannot win elections, you will engage in despicable tactics like this. Rest assured, Kavanaugh will sit on the court and hopefully, Trump will have another chance to add to that list when Bader finally retires or drops dead from a heart attack.
