Judging by the video I doubt RBG can lift much weight in the gym lol.

There’s something going on with her upper spine or cervical vertebrae that her head droops down like that. If she doesn’t suffer from chronic pain I’ll be surprised. She might be relatively healthy otherwise though.

Working out can be a pretty flexible concept lol.

Anyone can have a trainer. I don’t doubt she has one, but I can’t see the poor woman doing much in the gym with the way she appears in the video.
