georgia tries to close 7 in 9 black voting locations

The entire city was another of our internal colonies run as a shakedown scam. Non-Missourians may not know the whole story.

I lived in Ferguson for a couple of years in the mid-1970s; we lived about 20 minutes away during the "unrest" as it's referred to now. You're right.

Oh, I'm sure ..and that's why:)
(I would give you a bit different grade...are you a teacher*?)

More so than you are. lol BTW, speaking of "teachers" and virtue-signalling, did you get an invitation yet to Brunette's 6th Clump of Cells Shower? :babydance:

All mothers are teachers. It was my most successful gig.
That is true. I'm sure your children are lovely.
So no "certification", though. That's good, actually. No one can question it then...or ‘post a link to it. Lucky you:)

Sorry...I don't see "suppression" or "gutting" of voting rights...*‘if there's a problem with getting to the polls, or getting into the polls, get transportation for those people.
Why aren't the civil rights groups focusing on that?
They close and reopen polling places all the time. They just changed ours. actually to an area more convenient to the minority population. With the change, if anyone needed a ride to vote, all they had to do was call. Stop wasting energy complaining and help the people you are all so concerned about...

Sorry for your ignorance which is normal for the right wing class. Tell me why they should go to the extra expense of getting voters to the polls when the polls have been there for decades? Then racists like Trump can lie, and say he saw buses of voters being taken to the polls? In your area how many voted last year, or lest major election, as compared to now? Why does the idiot class want to make it harder for people to vote, and then fools like you say "Stop wasting energy complaining".

Make it easier to vote, and quit whining about illegal votes that are not happening like Trump, and the right wing, did in 2016.

True, but unfortunately, they are still teaching their children something, although, it’s negative and harmful.

Just recently there was a case where a "mother" killed her 7 year old disabled child, and then attempted suicide. What was the child taught?

For years we have read about "latch key" kids, etc. What has changed?

You are right in that it is negative, and harmful. Question should be asked what is being done to change it. Abortion on the left? "Woman power" on the right, and the left? Where are the ones teaching "Family first"?

All I did was state what happened hon. The Supreme Court gutted the voting rights act.

You added some erroneous information. You said the Supreme Court decision was "triggered" by the high black turnout in 2012 and 2016. You know there was no connection. Conspiracy theories are perceived connections between unrelated events.

Turnout among black voters soared in last month’s Georgia primary, a show of strength that could bode well for Democrats in this year’s contests for governor and other statewide offices.

The number of black voters rose 43 percent in the May 22 election when compared with 2010, the last time there was a competitive race for governor, according to an Atlanta Journal-Constitution analysis of demographic data released this week by the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office.

At the same time, the proportion of white voters continues to decline. White voter participation in last month’s primary was down 9 percent from 2010. And white voters are more likely to be conservative, making up 93 percent of the GOP primary vote — and just 30 percent of the Democratic support.

It must be due to white voter suppression; or, because of increased motivation among black voters. It at least destroys any voter suppression argument.

if you do it after the election and someone has an accident in the meantime the you are liable to get sued for millions.

How long have those voting precincts been non compliant? One would imagine since they were designated a voting precinct so why the sudden need to renovate them now?

There's no such thing as a "black voting location" liar.

Now that is funny! You have any more jokes? Lol!

Lol, yeah, one of the locations has 11 registered voters. This is the lamest voter suppression scheme EVER. Lol.

Your nation was founded on it.

“[A social division exists] between the rich and the poor, the laborious and the idle, the learned and the ignorant. … Nothing, but force, and power and strength can restrain [the latter].” —John Adams in a letter to Thomas Jefferson (1787)

im not sure for this particular place but buildings become non compliant over time due to new regulations. For example if you built your stuff before sprinklers were required etc.
