Maybe. I live in the south and old people still use that word quite often because that is the term they have spent their whole lives using when talking about blacks to other whites. I gave up a long time ago on trying to change them. The term will die out of custom as they die out. Had a man use it yesterday. Wasn't being derrogatory in what he was otherwise saying. That is just how he talks.

The NBC story just had small sound bites and focused more on the crap she said about Trump. They also played the tape of her and Trump talking about getting fired and he seems to not know anything about it. I'll see if I can't find more. This is on NBC's site:

I get that. I've seen it with old timers, but they're less and less evident now.

I was being sarcastic, as the term you were looking for was 'epithet'. I should have used green font!

Many celebrities were extremely gifted. Marilu Henner has a photographic memory. Most celebrities were typical assholes, and the reality show drama turned me off. But watching some of the creative genius had me recording it, and fast forwarding past trump's appearances.

Omarosa was a lying, cheating piece of shit who would do anything to win. trump praised her for that, even though he eventually fired her a couple of times.


She hasn't changed...but watching her make trump squirm is priceless.

I never watched the show but for a few minutes, because I knew from the 80’s what a steaming pile of excrement Trump was. I remember the details of his divorce littering the yellow rag papers at the grocery store, near the checkout counter. He and Ivana, both classless acts. I am glad to hear there were some redeeming qualities to the show.

As a NYer, I'm all too familiar with trump. He lied about his real estate practice from the time he first had his face on t.v....which is why I was disgusted by the parts of the show where trump was involved.

Edit...it was disgusting. He forced the contestants to call their wealthy buddies to contribute to fake charity events, often hawking Ivanka's gaudy products.

Isn't that more or less the thrust of the Harvey Weinstein stuff---he sexually exploited them, they stayed while they got theirs, and waited 20 years to come clean? 20 years of allowing it to happen to countless other women because they kept silent, choosing their careers over stopping a predator, and then pretending like they weren't enablers.
