A friend shared pictures....literally cars floating by and just a huge mess....fingers crossed that it doesn't get like that where you are....
So far...so good. Smaller creeks and streams are high, but no road closures. I live pretty high above all of it, one of a number of reasons I chose to buy a home where I did. But, I didn't plan 30 yrs. ago that there would be a small development built above me or the woods timbered next to me. Lots of runoff and a trickle of water is now coming in my basement, nothing serious though.

You are confused. Free speech isn't guaranteed under a private business. Police stations, on the other hand, are govt entities and they can shit on a flag 24/7 in front of one of those.
