*sigh*...I didn't say both candidates were "bad." I said both candidates were viewed negatively by a majority of the public (the first time this occurred); although, many of those people might equate negative with bad. That is one reason so many decided late compared to previous elections.

The electoral college is a tool used by both sides to win election as required by the Constitution. It is silly to say it is only used by the "right" (race has nothing to do with it). The "right" got elected in 2004 by winning the popular vote (if you want to consider George Bush on the right). The right did not use the electoral college to win a majority of the House, Senate, or state offices. Your partisanship distorts your perspective.

We will agree to disagree with the EC. It was implemented for those who ran in the slave states. They would never get into office without it.

The Dems as a whole are not pushing impeachment. there are a couple, but they do not represent the party. It requires a 2/3rds vote in the Senate. That is nearly impossible. They will wait patiently until Mueller is done and see where it ends up. The cries about impeachment are from the rightys who want to increase the Repugs to fight against someything not happening. They will scream and maybe vote to stop something that is a fantasy.

In order to impeach, it requires Repugs to get on board. that is not going to happen. Trump destroyed the republicans party. He rules the right without fear of a fight.

I mean if his Twitter posts are all Mueller needs then it is open and shut.

Just because crimes were committed does not mean impeachment is in the best interests of the nation.
