The house cannot impeach. They need to set up articles of impeachment. Each article requires a majority vote. The process in a long one. They can set up an impeachment which goes to the Senate. In the Senate they need a 2/3rds vote. Do you right wing retards think that is possible?

They are going to go after him for refusing to submit to a subpoena. Since he technically has been defying Congress' subpoena power, there is clearly a case for impeachment. Whether or not the House and/or the Senate truly wish to pursue such a matter is the real question.
