Yes, obviously since he lost the popular vote. Since 2/3 of the population does not have a college degree that makes Trump voters more representative of the public at large educationally. Democrats used to be portrayed as the party of the common guy, now they (posters) are portraying themselves as the more educated party and the common guy as "uneducated." That works for making points in pretending they are better than others, but it sure hurts at election time when all those deplorables vote against them. That "working class solidarity" can come back and bite you on the ass.

My circle of friends...8 adults...an ethnic mixture of Choctaws and white people with a combined 36+ years of education past high school (my sister the only one without a college degree) all voted for Trump. Seven of us reluctantly so I don’t know if we’d be officially classified as “Trumptards.” Just presenting some anecdotal evidence for the thread.

The Republicans have absolutely no idea of how to govern...none whatsoever.

Their real strength is to mock people who actually do...and who do the heavy lifting of governance.
