LEXINGTON, Va. — A quiet Tuesday afternoon here transformed into a raucous demonstration when people gathered outside the Red Hen to protest the restaurant's treatment of Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

Some carried enormous Trump flags and donned red "Make America Great Again" hats. Others carried signs asking for tolerance and civility. And as the action escalated, many just turned up to watch.

Lexington, a small Virginia town tucked in the Shenandoah Mountains, earned national attention when Stephanie Wilkinson, the owner of the Red Hen, asked Sanders toleave the restaurant last Friday night.

"I’m appalled at the way they treated the press secretary, and I think if people don’t make a stand, that kind of stuff will continue around the state and around the country," said Ian McDonald, 34, of Accomack County. "So we've got to send a message that it’s not acceptable."

MacDonald was one of the first to set up shop outside the Red Hen on Tuesday. Protests had been planned for that afternoon in advance of the restaurant's usual opening at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays.

But soon, word spread that the restaurant would stay closed. Justin Peery, the owner of Good Place Farms Bed & Breakfast — which hosted the Sanders family last week — said Wilkinson will not reopen the restaurant until July 5.

The "story" is fake as hell with just a little left wing "TILT". The Baker did not refuse service (as Biden's secret service team loaded up on goodies)…….the baker simply refused to take a photo op PIC so biden could circulate the story that he was enjoying the FREEDOM COOKES being sold at this establishment. The next day when the press put the no shoes, no shirt, no BIDEN spin on the story and his establishment.....he could not keep enough "freedom cookies" on the shelves. There is a difference between reasoned logical truth and the propaganda the press uses to promote social fascism.


This is like comparing Trumps words where he would keep all radical muslims out of this nation if he could.....and declaring that was the content and context of the travel ban. There is no such wording to be found in the travel ban EO....and SCOTUS would not bite on fake lure.

It's ironic that on story after story after story all the left seems to be left with is Fake News, corruption on their part in starting fake investigations, and their whiny triggered actions backfiring on them in front of the public.

Slanders lost any claim to classiness when she pouted and whined all over the internet about the Red Hen. Kjirsten Nielsen actually got heckled at a restaurant, yet no righties are trying to force it out of business because Nielsen didn't take the Slanders low road and trash it. I have no liking for Nielsen but she clearly has it all over Slanders in this instance.

Some people want to see everything going wrong because nothing is going right for them....today's the day to start that change in attitude, people!!! You can't change what's going on around you until you start changing what's going on within you;)
