Obama did not pick a lefty, but a middle of the roader with some righty leanings. I did not like his choice either. But Gorsuck, really sucks. And it was not trumps choice to make they stole Obamas choice. MccConnell is proud of his lying and his theft. The Roberts court is already the most pro Corporate, anti person of all time. Now it got worse.

This decision took the judges to ignore the hate things Trump said to get it started. It was rejected twice. This time they added North Korea to the ban. North fucking Korea. Do we have a not of North Korean Muslims coming here. What a load of crap. Venezuela sending a lot of Muslims to America. This as a crap distraction. This court intended to allow Trump to have more power at any and all costs.

The whole reason for abandoning the Articles of Confederation was because they did not allow a strong central government.

the constitution also did not allow a strong central government.

It took a civil war, threats to pack the courts, and a bunch of 5-4 supreme court decisions to change us into a strong central government.

Thats an easy conjecture to find the truth: Just read the companion document to the ratification of the US CONSTUTION....the federalist papers. FYI: The US CONSTUTION placed restrictions upon the central government not the STATES who drafted and ratified this contract among the United States of America. The Constitution is a negative document placing limits upon a central government giving it the authority only to do thing the states could not do for themselves....like create a standing national military.....interstate trade and commerce, interstate infrastructure to promote free trade among the states....all controlled by REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE STATES called congress critters.

We live in a REPUBLIC.....not a democracy. Why? See Federalist No. 10 that explains in detail just why Article Four, Section Four, Clause One exists in the US Constitution....guaranteeing REPUBLICANISM at all levels of government.
