No, it doesn't. It gives unbalanced influence to people who frankly don't deserve it. There's a reason no other country in the world does it like this. It was a relic from the 1700's meant to subvert minority voting blocs by giving outsized influence to rubes, rednecks, slobs, and traitors.

Frank... getting rid of freedumb will make the forum a nicer place, not getting rid of you. He's been pulling this permaban crap for as long as we've been on this forum. It's his fallback when he's boxed into a corner by another poster. As you've shown on this thread, he's not the brightest spark on JPP by a long shot.
