I'm not asking you to do shit, Frank; because I'm waiting on the MOD's decision on this and am willing to leave JPP forever, if they find that I did indeed hack JV's account like you said I did.

I NEVER SAID YOU HACKED JV'S ACCOUNT...AND YOU KNOW THAT.

SO IF THEY FIND THAT...IT WILL MEAN NOTHING.

The bet is that YOU...or one of the mods...would prove something I said to be wrong.

Make the pledge that I did.

One of us should leave this forum forever at some point soon.

He has already weaseled out of "the bet"...unless I allow the bet to include stuff I did not say, but he wants included anyway. And rather than have the guts to make a pledge to leave if he cannot prove my comments wrong...he wants to leave it up to the moderators...who probably would not ban him on this account.

So you started out by trying to say that Democrats didn't care about immigrants when they had the majority. Then, when it was revealed to you that they did in fact address it while they had majority in the Senate, and that Conservatives were the ones who voted against their own bill, you employ the deflection of how you, personally, didn't vote against it - the people you voted for and support did. So you are trying to distance yourself and abdicate responsibility because you realized you just got caught in your own faulty rhetoric. Doesn't work with me, man. I am holding you equally responsible for failing to address immigration because the people you supported and voted for did.

So why do you not care about immigrant children, Nazi? Is it because you're a Nazi?

They tried to. You all refused to do anything. You're the ones who voted against your own bill. So it's your fault. And I hold you personally responsible for that because you voted for these Republicans.

And when they did and it was executed, Democrats didn't have enough votes to overcome the filibuster. That super-majority ended when Scott Brown was seated, before Obamacare was signed into law.

You don't remember this? It was only 8 years ago. Maybe lay off the meth since it seems to be leading to memory loss.

Obamacare was passed in committee before Scott Brown was seated. Once Brown was seated, the bill passed by a 59-41 vote. 59 votes isn't enough to overcome a filibuster. Obama and the Democrats only had a super-majority in the Senate for a total of 60 legislative days.

Weird how you don't remember any of this. Maybe you have brain damage.

Because between the time Obamacare passed committee, and by the time it cleared final passage in the Senate, Scott Brown was seated and reduced the Democratic majority down to 59-41.

Sad you don't remember that. It was only 8 years ago. Fascism has the unintended side effect of memory loss too, it seems.
