When it comes to fascists like Legion, you have to render their voices insignificant. You do that by focusing on the half of eligible voters who didn't vote. Fascists aren't trying to get those people to vote.

A woman who worked at the Office of Motor Vehicles in West Monroe is facing multiple charges after she reportedly provided driver's licenses and identification cards to immigrants in the United States illegally.

According to an arrest warrant for Paula McKelvey, age 56, the Louisiana State Police Criminal Investigation Division received information about immigrants illegally obtaining driver's licenses.

A subsequent investigation revealed that McKelvey, between November 14, 2016 and February 8, 2018, issued licenses and identification cards to immigrants living here illegally.

During an April 12 interview, McKelvey reportedly told troopers she did not check passports for a required stamp and said most of the aliens did not have required I-94, or arrival/departure, forms. The warrant states McKelvey said she did not check the aliens through the SAVE system — the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements Program.

Per the warrant, McKelvey admitted some of the aliens did not give her the proper paperwork, such as an out-of-state driver's license. Instead, they provided a license number that she allowed to be placed on the application forms the aliens sued to qualify for a driver's license.

According to the report, if McKelvey would have checked the numbers through the provided databases, she would have noticed the numbers were false. The warrant does not specify a reason why McKelvey did not run the checks.

McKelvey was booked into Ouachita Correctional Center on charges of malfeasance in office and injuring public records.

You'd need to prove those people were also registered to vote, and that they did actually vote.

Your link doesn't say that.

FYI - there is no automatic motor-voter law in Louisiana.

Registering to vote or changing your registration is easy using the GeauxVote Online Registration System. Once you have completed the application, you will be allowed to either print and mail your application, or if verified by the Office of Motor Vehicles, submit your application electronically. If you plan to submit electronically, you must have your Louisiana driver's license or Louisiana special ID card in hand when you begin the process. There is an audit code on the card that you must enter. The audit code is a four digit number labeled AUDIT on the front of the license.

Because you're not very educated, motor-voter laws automatically register you to vote when you get your license. That system doesn't exist in Louisiana. You have to register to vote as a separate process.
