Health isnurance for profit is AMORAL!

10% is enough. I mean if someone gets a $500,000 settlement surely $50,000 is plenty of money isn't it GayRod?

Anything more is just plain greed

But he doesn't always get a settlement or a judgment.

His time is uncompensated if he loses under a contingency fee agreement.

Please describe these "unreasonable" obstacles that they are "throwing" in your way.

It may have already metastasized? Here is a thought GayRod. Why not take her to Planned Parenthood? I hear that they perform all sorts of women's health procedures every day.

GayRod do you have a specific clause in your Obamacare coverage that covers mastectomies? If so, then I would suggest you hire a lawyer and take Obama to court.

:rofl2:

Have you questioned the Counselor about the evident discrepancies between the statements he made in 2014 and those he has uttered today?

GayRod why are you ignoring the thread I started highlighting quotes of yours showing your love affair with Obamacare?

It seems to contradict what you are saying today doesn't it GayRod?

Will you blame Obama if your wife dies of cancer?

I want to add to all of this, that I hope Jarod's wife finds the help she needs and is able to recover from all this.

She's probably a really nice person and just because she's married to Jarod, doesn't mean she's an ass also.

We haven't established beyond a reasonable doubt that his wife is even ill.

The sad part about this, is this is exactly what happens when people go with their "feels" instead of logic and fact; because when reality smacks them dead in the face, they don't know what to do.

Well, Counselor?

The ACA has helped me in three ways.

1) I was able to get insurance, previously I was excluded for a history of high Cholesterol.
2) My employees insurance, which I pay 100% of, went down about $300 a month.
3) My family's insurance went down $90 a month, and now I am covered.

Oh, and a fourth way.... Many more of my fellow Americans are now insured and that makes my nation more healthy both physically and financially. It takes the stress off the healthcare system and will lower medical care costs drastically in the long run.

1) That is true, I went without health insurance before the ACA passed. (Then I had a provisional program called the PCIP, and now I have regular health insurance)
2) I combined us all into one policy.
3) I got no subsidies.

I suspect that he has read the thread and is avoiding it.

I am having doubts about his claims. GayRod is a known liar. Now it would be pretty low to lie about his wife having cancer, but I can't imagine that Obama wouldn't cover his wife getting one of her breasts lopped off. Why do you think Obama wouldn't cover a life saving surgery such as a mastectomy? Didn't Obama's mama die of breast cancer?

I find element of Brad's story incredible.

In 2014 he said this:

Compare that testimony with his statements in this thread.

Do you think Brad would lie about such a thing? I realize that he is one of JPPs known liars, but that is pretty egregious. What would his motivation be to lie about something like that?

Perhaps he is a psychopathic liar. Some people (like his idol HRC) have been known to lie about inconsequential things for no apparent benefit.

His motivation isn't the issue. It's not the intent of the accused we are examining, it's the facts of the case.
