No it is not. The additional revenue by military personal spending income in that state is not part of what the federal government gives back at all. Nor the services provided to bases that result in additional revenues, etc, etc.

Looks like the liberals have sidetracked this thread into being about CA instead of SA. They know giving blacks control of SA has not worked out as they promised us. The country is turning into a sewer like everywhere else blacks are in charge.

So money allocated to the military operating in the State also has to be included as part of the tax returned to California?

And isn't the "spending income" included in the citizens next year income tax?

It is not. That is actually additional monies and revenues provided to CA for nothing. That is not even included in the federal monies given back to CA. CA however cleans up on the additional revenues (billions) provided by them and all the jobs they provide. No reaching here, just fact.
