A 9-year-old boy shot his older sister to death over a video game controller, sheriff

Tide isn't designed to be eaten. That is just stupid and yet another non-sequitur. The gun is designed to kill or maim. That is why the NRA had paid Congress to pass a law preventing them from being sued if someone uses their guns as designed, i.e. to kill or maim.

And guns aren’t designed to use to kill your sister over a video game.

Go back to school little boy and learn what a non-sequitur is.

I know exactly what a non sequitur is. Look up the definition dip shit. Comparing apples to oranges is not a non sequitur. You should've stuck with "apples to oranges".

Then come back and apologize.

I'm sorry you feel the need to accuse people of logical fallacies you don't understand.

The only weapon designed to kill people...A Sword

A spear, hunting for food. ... and yes killing people
Archery, hunting for food... and yes killing people
A knife, cutting food, and most everything of a softer material that the knife itself, occasionally hunting for food but again, not real effective... and yes killing people
Firearms, hunting for food, target shooting. and yes killing people

A sword....Pretty much just one use, killing people.

Just another sad chapter in the annals of American gun culture. Parents should be held legally responsible as well as gun manufacturer.
Wrong. It's on the parents, and just the parents. Guns are also used to save innocent lives, so there's zero blame on that end.

Now be a good little democrat and go fuck yourself. ;)

What do gun manufacturers have to do with parents too stupid to lock up a loaded gun?

racist drivel

Bet the kid is black, the girl was named Dijonae

The boy felt disrespected so he did what Nigers do pop of a gun! Guess he learned it form his Niger friends

Just another sad chapter in the annals of American Niger Thug Culture

What happened?
StormFront site down again?

We don't need your kind of ignorance here, too much of it already.

They are selling a inherently dangerous product. Unless they make locks mandatory to secure their product they should be sued. They even have the technology now to prevent a gun from firing based off of your fingerprint. They refuse to implement this technology on their inherently dangerous product ergo they should be liable.

wut?

23 kids a day are shot. Guns kill a lot more innocent lives than you believe they save. Let kids die as long as you can have a home arsenal. Your children and family are in more danger if you have guns around the home.

Apparently you don't know what a non-sequitur is. I really didn't expect you would. Most trumpchumps are dumber than a box of rocks.

Idiotic. Guns are designed for one purpose to kill or maim. Now go be a good little trumpchump and beat off to pictures and Trump kissing Putin.

The lock can prevent a person other than the owner from using the gun to kill or maim. it would have prevented this incident. How fucking hard is that to understand?

U are a fucking fool

The Niger would have just used something else! Like a knife

I bet the gun he used is a stolen gun!

Hello Nordberg,

A gun in the home is 3 times more likely to be used in an accident or a suicide than for defense.

The manufacturer should be liable for those killed by enemy fire, right?

Another dumb ass non-sequitur. If someone who owns the gun fires the gun it is on them. If you buy a weapon and they don't have a lock on it and someone takes your gun because you left it in the open and uses then the owner and the manufacturer are liable. You keep presenting nonsense. This is easy. If you purchase a gun the gun manufacturer should have the duty to ensure that gun is only used by it proper owner. It is an easy fix in which the technology exist to do so. Regardless of how purposefully you are being obtuse.
