The point? What was the crime? Its not a crime to fire a corrupt FBI official who has been documented leaking classified information and obstructing justice (The supposed Clinton investigation....when Comey drafted her get out jail free card before he investigated her and 17 others). Its not a crime nor obstruction when there is NO CRIME being investigated by Mueller.....name the crime under investigation against Donald J. Trump....document the charge. Again..there can be no obstruction when no crime is under investigation. FYI: Collusion is not a crime....nor is it a crime for a POTUS to fire anyone he wishes to fire in the executive branch of government...as its a CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY granted to all US PRESIDENTS.
Its a simple thing. Document the crime that Donald J. Trump is being charged by Mueller. Truth: The special council has identified no crime under investigation against Donald J. Trump. If not.....again, what is your point? Pointing out the fact that president has every right to fire an FBI agent when corruption is suspected? Clinton fired his FBI director.
If one wishes to "read the mind of Trump"....one could quote Comey when he specially told Mr. Trump that the entire Steele Dossier was based upon lies. And the Flynn thing? Mr. Trump does have the power of the PARDON....its not obstruction when the only crime being mentioned is the accusation that Flynn lied.....Why even attempt to prosecute Flynn when the POTUS has the power to pardon this act of entrapment garnered via the illegal use of wire taping and Civil Liberty abuses?
Regardless....The president does not have to justify his Constitutional Authority he simply refers to the Articles of the US Constitution that grants these powers. Let Mueller appeal to the US SUPREME court to chase after his supposed obstruction due to the fact of a POTUS using his constitutional authority. Good Luck.
Again....name the crime under investigation....not the accusation of a crime due to the very process of the investigation...where no crime would exist if not for the investigation of an unnamed crime....i.e, the fishing expedition known as the Mueller Special Council. He's fished for well over a year and still has named no crime under investigation....not one.
Again...this will drag out over the entire summer with the left "hoping" to regain the Congress where they can attempt to use the process of the investigation to entrap Mr. Trump and charge OBSTRUCTION....and then call for an impeachment vote.
