Whether or not he actually got anything, is secondary to the fact that the conspired to obtain information for an election, from a foreign country.

Based on your own reasoning it doesn’t matter if it’s fake or not.

The DNC/Clinton cabal *paid* for Russian for dirt on Trump and it was related to the election. Furthermore, we now know the conspiracy had players within our own FBI plotting to avert the ‘catastrophe’ of Trump being elected president.

It is the defendants responsibility to ask for a lawyer to be present.

Was Flynn even notified he was subject of an investigation,or did the FBI interview him on false pretenses.

What divestments? His kids are still running and profiting off of everything. If the Congress had any balls they would end this charade immediately.
 
There is no "conspiracy to obtain information from a foreign country" ( or 'Russian operatives' as our friend always says)
There has to a corruptive purpose for a conspiracy and a quid pro quo involved - or it's just opposition research..

The only possible thing that stands is Obstruction,
and for obstruction AGAIN there would need to be a corruptive coercion..I don't see any coercion,but that's possible to make at least
