It’s sad that so many are so easily misled that it would affect the market. What happened to critical thinking skills?

A Libya could have perhaps been forgiven in the pre-Iraq era.

The irony is this: as much as the left wailed about the downside of regime change in the Middle East—they make the identical mistake under Obama. If that happened, post-Iraq, under a Republican President, they’d by calling for a war crimes trial.

Obama was in over his head in foreign policy. He fell in line with the war hawks in both Syria and Libya because he had no over arching philosophy of his own. He dithered while the Iranian dissidents were marching in the streets of Tehran—when Trump would have blown Twitter up backing them.

The two are as different as day and night in foreign policy.
