Incorrect. Flynn is a paid Russian/Turkish operative. Flynn was paid to give a speech at a Russian propaganda event in '15. A foreign operative on trump's campaign team amounts to active collusion with Russia.

That's before we discuss the ties to Wikileaks

That's been established with Flynn. As for the transition team, they were not in a legal position to discuss policy with foreign leaders, given that they were private citizens.

What, according to some obscure 18th century statute that is unconstitutional anyways? And what has been established for Flynn? That he worked with the Russians to overturn an election? When? Was he charged?
