No, you do not understand the difference...
If I ask a co-worker out for tomorrow night.... that is not sexual harrassment.
If I make lude comments to her after she has expressed displeasure over it... that is sexual harassment.
If a female coworker that has a different interest in a male coworker than the interest he has of only wanting to get into her pants then that same male has sex with another female coworker the first one doesn't like, all the first has to do is CLAIM that it was forced. Based on what you believe, he's guilty when it's nothing more than the first one wanting more than the male coworker was interested in.
Define lude comment. If a male supervisor tells a slow moving female worker to move her ass and do her job, that isn't harassment. That's expecting the female coworker to do her damn job.
