So the article states that gun sales have slowed under Trump, but because there is a one day record (on a day that is designed to see specials) somehow that means people are hypocrites???

BTW, more guns in the hands of law-abiding US citizens is a good thing. More dollars spent on guns equals prosperity, another good thing.

Yes, because every time I recall a RWNJ blaming the fear of Obama taking their weapons for a spike in gun sales, it was always concommitant to an article offered to gloat about a short term sales spike.

Am I wrong?

Yes, you are wrong. A one day sale surge on black Friday? It is because it is black friday. If it were due to policy from DC, then it would not be a one day phenomena
 
2017 is projected to be either the second biggest Year and may well end up the biggest year for gun sales ever
