I'm not defending Moore.
What I am doing is challenging what so many have decided is irrefutable proof.

If I owned such a shop, I would ask you to leave the first time and then upon your return I would call the cops and have you issued an Order of No Trespass. :D

But then; since you mentioned that you "smacked on my customers", there probably would be no second time.
Instead I would have you arrested, charged, and go to court when you were ordered to appear.

By the way, why do you feel that I would have to be pissed to ask you to leave??
Maybe I just didn't like the cut of your jib. :)

That being said, an individual person like me, you, or Moore frequently visiting a large commercial place like a Mall is less likely to face the actions that you detailed in your response to my scenario. Wouldn't you agree that if your headshop was in a big mall and I kept coming in and annoying your customers, after being asked to leave (which I did), you'd go to the Mall security and/or management and have them keep a look out for me if I returned? Isn't it possible that this Mall did that with Moore?

None of us here blapping tonight know what went on then. Depending on our partisan politics, we want to believe that "yes, he really is a disgusting Bible-beating racist young-girl-fondling stupid piece of shit," or "We need more devout and patriotic men like this in DC! Amen!"

You keep changing the parameters of your scenario, every time I set you straight; but I'll give it one more shot at educating you.


I'm not sure how you arrived at "less likely to face the actions that you detailed in your response"; because while Mall Security would be involved, the Police would also be called.
The reason being, is the Mall Security have no law enforcement "rights" and are going to need the PD if they want this person permanently removed and banned.

As to the rest of your sanctimonious diatribe, how many times did Teddy K get re-elected??
