capitalism is an economic system
Russia is capitalistic, but it's very subject to cronyism..really none of that is about free press.

There most definately is free enterprise on the macro and micro levels

I'm going to disagree with you :) I will say that it is "private ownership" in name only. As you note, corruption and gov't cronyism are still really running the show.

And, I believe a "free press" is an integral part of capitalism.

Russia's capitalism is cronyism and corrupt to the core. The people in tight with Putin can be alright but there is limited freedom and as Big Dog said Putin will take you down.

Putin creates oligarchs. And American oligarchs are typically vastly overpaid. Why don't you tell me about the great 'talent' of America's wealthiest family, the Walton heirs?

You can dislike Walmart but Sam Walton was an American success story with what he created.
 
Trump lies so much ,that he will not show his taxes and provide proof. His net worth would be shown on tax form. His business connections, including Russians ones would be shown. His tax plan which he actually claims would not benefit him, would be shown to be a huge personal gain for him and his family. The problem is no candidate for now on will have to show they are clean.

His taxes might show some of those things, but no guarantees.

But he sure has lied about not releasing them because of a mythical 'audit'.
