I can only think of a few countries in South America that are not run by despots and crooks. Same with Africa, so I don't see how the browning of America is necessarily going to lead to more tolerance, less corruption, fluffy bunnies and flying unicorns.

Nope. Even now, if you ask Republicans if they'd like to keep the protections of ACA, they largely say yes. They just don't want to pay for it. The mandate pays for it, and that was a Republican idea.

Not so funny. A black president -- a moderate -- can't sell a Republican their own ideas, is what it comes down to. Sorry to moderate Republicans if that sounds overly judgemental. But it happens to be the historical record. The Heritage Foundation supported much of the structure of Obamacare before Obama implemented it, when it was the Bob Dole plan in the 1990s and when Republicans implemented it with Romneycare. It's true that Obama added additional protections beyond their plan, but these protections are overwhelmingly popular.

I try to avoid much of the garbage posted by the loonies on these forums. I wouldn't be surprised if Cypress' claims rang true, because it is absolutely what I'd expect out of half the posters here.

Not when excuses and exemptions are made for when it's not. If, as you say, the TERM is a slur, it's either one 100% of the time or 0% of the time.

I'm a conservative. I don't agree that only certain people should be able to use certain words. That is a socialist plank. All the liberals on this board support that plank.
