I think nortam wins. Nate Bronze just tweeted that of the 20% of voters that decided who they were voting for in the last week of the election, they broke for him 2:1. Which means the indy fence sitters broke his way.

that's really weird though because you would think anti-trump demos and indies wouldn't need this long to make up their minds.

Initial results are not catastrophic for Northam. Initial results weren't catastrophic for Hillary either. I'm just going to try and sit this one out until 10 AM, I have a bad tendency to obsessively watch election results as they come in.

I suspect most libbies stayed quiet on this one because of how wrong they have been on election predictions lately

The race hangs on NOVA. So far there's nothing in the rural counties to indicate that Northam is lagging far behind Hillary. But if turnout or the percentage is down in NOVA, then Gillespie can win regardless. NOVA isn't going to come in until 10 either.
