Democrats have done that city no favors -although the problems are so endemic I doubt politics matters that much.

It's the dumping ground for Maryland's poor,and the entire city/power structure runs on dope.
( See "the Wire"and Homicide" 2 accurate shows about Baltimore crime).

Oh. and homicides are again at record levels,.my friend that still lives in the neighborhood I grew up in
has bars and chains on all the windows and doors, and he always carries a handgun

You may doubt it, Anatta, but take a look at the cities with the highest crime rates.

Are they all DEMOCRAT-infested?

Are they all "sanctuary cities"
