The arrest was wrong, the case was dismissed, all that's left is to file the papers and have it removed.

2. if the arrest was wrong, why did the courts grant qualified immunity?
3. why do you expect civilians to know EVERY ASPECT AND NUANCE of the law, but give cops a wide berth and latitude for all of their fuckups?
