Police Shoot Man For Recording Them With Phone, They Feared For Their Lives

the outcome ended up with charges being dismissed because there was no law broken. it stopped him because you cannot have an arrest record to obtain your certification. there wasn't any action to take for an unlawful arrest because it was one of the first arrests after the law went in to effect, therefore the cop had qualified immunity, and no lawyer would help him sue on contingency nor could he afford the thousands it would take to have the arrest removed from his record.

does that satisfy you now? or are you going to call me a liar because you worship government enforcement agents and they can do no wrong in your book?

One thing at a time.
Since the charges were dismissed, did he pursue having the arrest cleared from his "record"??

I call BS on the rest of your narrative, unless you can show evidence to support your claim; because this is beginning to sound like just another of you lies. :D

so you don't care if innocent people are killed, just so long as those you consider innocent cops are not. their lives matter more to you?

given the odds.......yes......it is more likely innocent cops will be killed......and while the public has the option of NOT being out in their yards filming cops involved in an active shooter situation, the cops MUST be there.......

so you prefer a government that tells you what you can and cannot do, got it. rights aren't important anymore. does that make you feel safer?

first of all, that isn't at all responsive to what I was saying....
second yes.....I feel safer with a government that tells people what they can't do (like shooting people in my neighborhood) and enforces it when people do things like shooting people in my neighborhood..........

So if there was a TV crew filming some cops are they perfectly at liberty to shoot them?

if the police are looking for an active shooter, and a TV camera man points a camera out of the shadows at a policeman who isn't expecting it, then yes......shoot the idiot.......

I listed out every answer you requested, but you want me to answer yours one at a time? and you call BS, so what....you require some sort of news story to back it up?

this is why you idiots can't even be taken seriously as supposedly small government conservatives. you simply don't really believe in it, you just put on a show. so not only no, but fuck no. I hate wishing bad things on people, but most of you really need to experience life in the real world and have bad shit happen to you. 1, so it MIGHT wake you up to reality and 2, it just might help you develop some actual empathy for others instead of remaining the selfish and self stylized government lovers you actually are.

there's really no helping the pro police state supporters here. they just need to suffer an incident at the hands of their idols and realize that the police don't give a crap about them, that they are nothing but the enforcement arm of a runaway government. I hold out no hope for them though. their like the jews being herded on to rail cars.

You failed to address why he didn't pursue having the false arrest cleared from his "record.

No, I didn't. I said, very clearly, that he didn't have thousands of dollars to hire a lawyer to pursue it. You just chose to ignore that portion.

You said he didn't have thousands to SUE, where I asked why HE didn't pursue it getting his record cleared.

Why would he need a lawyer?
Was he to incompetent to do it himself?

that you are seriously asking this question tells me that now you are being willfully ignorant and completely obtuse. After the years spent on here debating about how most people don't know the law or how it works, you expect an average American to be able to navigate the complexities of our idiotic judicial system to pursue something that shouldn't have happened anyway?

yes, I do believe YOU need to experience some of the hardships that the government can, and does, put on average people that can't fight back. you really need to learn some empathy.

YEP; because, BOY-HOWDY, it's really hard to fill out and then file a "Petition to Clear Record" or something similar, depending on where you live.

It's even harder, if you're an idiot. :good4u:
