Police Shoot Man For Recording Them With Phone, They Feared For Their Lives

see, this is what i've been saying all these months. you IGNORED and AVOIDED my issue about CHECKPOINTS, but we all know why now....don't we?

It's what I've been saying for months. You think someone should be able to drive drunk and put what he/she does above the rights of an innocent person.

You'll address me as your superior, son. I've proven it more times than your high school diploma lets you count.

you wouldn't be my superior even if you appeared as God. understand that now, fucktard. YOU will NEVER by my superior, EVER. We're still waiting for you to answer questions.

If that's how you need to accept unconstitutional checkpoints, it says more about your lack of principle than anything I could ever say, so congrats on your zero principles.

Hmmm... I think it would be cool if we had police that didn't mistake cameras for guns and shoot people when they aren't sure there is even a weapon. They should make sure there is a threat before they draw their weapons and fire. Kind of a minimal first step... Identify the threat. Shooting and unarmed cameraman proves they didn't identify the threat correctly. And their superiors justifying it is even more ridiculous.

and I think the police should err on the side of caution and shoot the stupid motherfucker down before he has a chance to catch his breath.......

wait.....police officers are NOT government enforcement agents? they ARE bound by the rule of law?

if they are NOT government enforcement agents.....what are they? please be very specific

if they ARE bound by the rule of law, then why are they not required to know the law like the everday civilian is? why are they allowed a 'qualified immunity' status that civilians are not? why are they given a greater degree of credibility than the everyday civilian? why do they have their own seperate bill of rights that civilians do not enjoy?

PLEASE answer these questions, thanks.

I have no intentions of playing your lame word games, with you; so you'll just have to play with yourself, as usual.

:truestory:

Just admit you put what drunk drivers do over the rights of the innocent victims they kill.

He actually posted one time that a drunk driver isn't doing anything, until he has an accident; so they should be left alone, until they have an accident. :palm:

That you get mad when people don't automatically agree with you proves I'm your superior. For some unknown reason, you think that whatever you say is the absolute truth. For that reason, you're inferior to me you arrogant, no education piece of shitl.

I have the answer to mine. That's all that matters, son. I was 100% correct. At some point in your life, your spoiled ass did something you felt you had a right to do and the police told you no. Now, all of them are bad because you can't take no for an answer when no is the legitimate answer.

in other words, I'll address you as the simple fucktard pussy coward that you have shown yourself to be over and over again.

You won't address your superior until he addresses you, son. I'll yank your damn chain when I'm ready for you to bark. Didn't the military teach you that?

If I recall correctly, and I do, his response was to the effect that you couldn't punish someone for driving drunk until doing so affected someone else (i.e. - wreck).

That's just crazy, no wonder the police act like Gestapo!

I noticed that none of the JPP SJWs pretended to give a fuck about this police shooting:

Officer Mohamed Noor fatally shot Justine Damond, a 40-year-old Australian woman who was engaged to be married, after she called 911 to report a possible sexual assault in the alley behind her home.

Noor's partner, Officer Matthew Harrity, told investigators he was startled by a loud noise right before Damond approached the driver's side window of their police SUV.

Harrity, who was driving, said Noor then fired his weapon from the passenger seat, hitting Damond.

Noor was put on an accelerated police cadet program that required only seven months of training, a nontraditional route that aims to help those who have a college degree enter law enforcement.

You couldn't spank yourself, son.

The only thing you are is inferior to me, pussy. Tell me again about how big and bad you are while hiding behind your keyboard.
