Appears the Wall ain't moving along as quite planned,

"Behind efforts to build prototypes of Trump's border wall, emails show a confusing and haphazard process"

Appears a daffy idea is already becoming an incompetent effort?

If the project was bitching and moaning, then they would have it down pat; but then, that's what Richard N. said. :D

.

No, but the people building the Wall, if there is a Wall, can't do my job either

That was the point, the process is difficult, and now it has become more difficult because of the incompetent of the Administration in handling specifications, schedules, and contracts. Article explains it

dude

they are being asked to bid on something that has no prototype

what the cost is determined from is what you use to build it and how it has to be constructed

they have a few example types they are building and they are all different

how do you bid that?

Read my lips libs you bunch of loons,

THERE WILL BE A WALL, and ultimately MEXICO WILL PAY FOR IT

this is not rocket science, it's called resolve and doing, moving forward, there are companies lining up with ideas that cant wait to get started.

If the Dems want to shut the government down to stop the "pre" financing required to get started, that's not a good strategy coming into an election cycle, but by all means they can try it if they would like

of 2006 authorizes the construction of 700 additional miles (1,100 km) of the double chain link and barbed wire fences with light and infrared camera poles.
On October 26, 2006, U.S. President George W. Bush signed the Secure Fence Act of 2006 (Pub.L. 109–367) into law stating, “This bill will help protect the American people. This bill will make our borders more secure. It is an important step toward immigration reform."[1]
The bill was introduced on September 13, 2006 by Congressman Peter T. King, Republican of New York. In the House of Representatives, the Fence Act passed 283–138 on September 14, 2006.[2] On September 29, 2006 – the Fence Act passed in the Senate 80–19.

Background[edit]
The fencing built under the 2006 act was not the first border fencing in the United States. The U.S. Border Patrol first began to erect physical barriers in its San Diego sector in 1990.[3] Fourteen miles of fencing were erected along the border of San Diego, California and Tijuana, Mexico.[4]
Provisions[edit]
In 2006, at the time it was passed, George W. Bush's White House touted the fence as "an important step toward immigration reform."[1] The White House Office of the Press Secretary stated that the Act "Authorizes the construction of hundreds of miles of additional fencing along our Southern border; Authorizes more vehicle barriers, checkpoints, and lighting to help prevent people from entering our country illegally; Authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to increase the use of advanced technology like cameras, satellites, and unmanned aerial vehicles to reinforce our infrastructure at the border."[

And what we have here ^ is a Trumpkin defiantly drunk on the Kool Aid, tell us again how Obamacare "is going be gone day one?"
you can be triggered by everything going on around you if youd like, but don't ask me to play your silly games, we won, you lost, elections have consequences

So what did you have to say when Obama and Clinton voted for the Secure Fence Act? Fuck all is my guess, care to say different?

Somewhere someplace I suppose that has something to do with the topic, just not heard and now

And have you ever noticed when a conservative has to defend or explain one of the blunders committed by this President the names Clinton and Obama are usually somehow imported into the answer? Says a lot
