JT to perform at Super Bowl Halftime

For all the culture warriors out there. I guess there's been a #justiceforjanet movement happening saying it's white privilege that JT gets to perform and Janet is still banned.

From a purely musical perspective I think JT has been relevant far more recently that Janet. (Janet is a Superstar but when was her last actual hit?)

But does anyone buy into the white male privilege argument here? (as a reminder JT was a Hillary supporter)

Timberlake owes a lot of his success to the Jacksons .. so it might be a really cool thing to do to have Janet show up on stage with him as a surprise. The crowd would go crazy.

That would be awesome and celebrated by just about everybody .. especially in a time of such discord.

Janet's comeback isn't going anywhere. Her best music was with Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.

The last time he did the halftime show, I was in a pool hall in NYC. The game was on, and there was a huge screen right next to my table. I'm not a fan of either JT/JJ, so I wasn't paying attention.

Shame, because I heard about the 'wardrobe malfunction' the next day, and thought 'damn, I had a life sized view of the incident, and I wasn't watching.'
