Are there really Americans living in these Puerto Rican slums?

As usual...

You are wrong...not that anyone is surprised anymore when this happens.

:rofl2:

The Commonwealth government has its own tax laws and Puerto Ricans are also required to pay most US federal taxes, with the major exception being that most residents do not have to pay the federal personal income tax.[9] In 2009, Puerto Rico paid $3.742 billion into the US Treasury. Residents of Puerto Rico pay into Social Security, and are thus eligible for Social Security benefits upon retirement. However, they are excluded from the Supplemental Security Income.

What part of "residents do not have to pay the federal personal income tax" are you too stupid to comprehend shit-for-brains?

The only thing you're good at is race hustling dumbfuck.

:dasracist:

What about Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina... They get more federal money than they put in year after year!

Link up or STFU counselor. That is a bullshit leftist claim.

How is this the equivalent of Puerto Ricans not paying any federal taxes brainless wonder?

63 congressional districts in the country have more than 20% of their residents using food stamps. 54 of them have a Democrat representative. In the 4 states you mentioned, 5 such district exist. Why are those black majority areas making the rest of the state look bad?

Mississippi 2nd Bennie Thompson (D) 63.5% black with a 25.8% use of food stamps.

Alabama 7th Terri Sewell (D) 61.7% black with a 251% use of food stamps.

Georgia 2nd Sanford Bishop (D) 53% black with a 27.2% use of food stamps.

Georgia 5th John Lewis (D) 61% black with a 20.4% use of food stamps

SC 6th Jim Clyburn (D) 57% black with a 23.7% use of food stamps.

In SC, none of majority white districts come close to 20%. Perhaps it's the overwhelmingly disproportionate use by blacks in that on district that makes the red districts look bad. We'll go with that.

SPOT ON! Don't expect the lying race hustling dunces on the left to comprehend the OBVIOUS.

So? The discussion was that because Puerto Rico took more than it gives we should not help.... State level! You are turning it into a micro level... and there are many non-racist reasons for the above data, most importantly that merely a few generations ago the families of those people were stripped to money, family and culture by the white people in their states.

You were caught in e lie; own up to it brainless wonder.

:legion:

LOL

It's too bad conservatives don't realize how the endless repetition of the "you can keep your health plan" line actually reinforces how honest & straightforward Obama was.

Wrong again brainless and clueless lying leftist wonder boy; it reinforces what a dishonest dunce he was. You lack the basic comprehension level it takes to understand the OBVIOUS.

Gruber's thinking of idiots like you in this video:

In less than a year w/ Trump, I can already list about 50 whoppers. They've got 1 for Obama's 8 years.

That claim itself is a lie; but then, you're too big of a moron to comprehend the obvious.

Puerto Rico isn't the third world. It's part of America.

You're an idiot.

It explains why something you make it out to be isn't really what you make it out to be. It's the explanation at the micro level that discredits what you're trying to present. The red districts that cause a state to be red politically aren't the cause of the overwhelming use of social welfare. It's the blue districts within those states.

There are reason why those numbers are what they are and then there are excuses you use.

We, as a nation, are only as strong as our weakest.

Jarod wants to make it appear as if the "red" voters are the ones causing the problem when, based on the evidence provided, it's the "blue" voters making the entire states he mentioned look bad.

There are 63 congressional districts across the country where more than 1 in 5 use food stamps. 54 are represented by Democrats. In 3 of the 5 cases I listed (Mississippi 2, Georgia 2, and Alabama 7), more than 1 in 4 use food stamps. All 5 of the ones I listed have black reps that seem to be doing a damn fine job for their people.

When I presented facts rebutting Jarod's premise, he went to the automatic "it's whitey's fault".

It's high time those being weak because of their own choices start doing something to get stronger instead of trying to drag the strong ones down to their level.

Sad how people like me want others to get better and people like you want mediocrity.

So, lets pretend you are correct (you are way off) have you bothered to look into the meta data regarding Puerto Rico...?

Was your entire culture destroyed, were your people separated from family, stripped of education and money, stripped of culture just a few short generations ago? Whose fault was that?

The numbers I posted for the States you mentioned are absolutely correct.

Can you provide something that disputes those numbers? You tried to play the "blame whitey" card and that was destroyed, too.

I am not saying your numbers are wrong, I am saying the conclusions you draw from these numbers are wrong.
