The thing is, only Trump's ego can be damaged by this. Everyone - and I mean everyone, including Annata, Noise, and most other jpp rightwingers - know Trump is the stupidest president this nation has ever had. An obese orange dunce that is completely out of his league.

Unlike you, I abhor being a hyperpartisanm mindless parrot. The first think to come to your mind: "how do I defend, my hero, Trump?". My mind is free thinking and operates independently. So with that said, I actually think you have a valid point. Adult men are not always obligated to dignify false accusations by tendering a response. Some of us lefties have been on message boards long enough to understand your point: it is often not worth dignifying the false accusations of socially inept, resentful losers with a response. I get it.

Jarod had a point though. Tillerson evidently went out of his way to deny a lot of things. But when presented with an opportunity to deny the moron claim, he demurred.

Um, isn't the swamp also a politician not answering a basic fucking question, but dancing around and being evasive? People within the Trump Admin -- not the Deep State -- are saying this to reporters. Tillerson really has been snipped and clipped.

CNN host Jake Tapper pushed Tillerson to say he had not called the president a moron, if that was the case, saying it was very serious whether he said it or didn’t, noting that administration officials were telling the press he did.

He wasn't going to dignify that part. He repeated it again today for the wombats at CNN
