It's destructive force is derived from it's high energy not it's weight.

Bump stocks are modifications so that any shit brained semi automatic weapon owner can simulate full auto with their cheap semi auto guns.
Talented semi auto gun owners can, and do, fire their semi auto guns at full auto speeds without any mods...

"Simulate" is a wonderful word, it means "FAKE" much like the people who want you to believe that Bump Stocks magically turn seni-autos into full-autos.

There are more people murdered in Chicago in a month than were killed in Las Vagas by a bump stock enthusiast on that day a week ago.
