The trigger must be pulled EVERYTIME, when using a bump stock.

The action of the modification does the trigger pulling, not the shooter.

The ACTION of the modification does do the trigger pulling using the finger. The recoil takes the finger pull off the trigger so the shooter only has to pull in one direction.
