Solution to mass killings

I know everyone is aghast over what happened this past weekend and are looking for solutions to prevent it in the future. The same with Sandy Hook. Of course our liberal friends are focusing all of their collective efforts on those dastardly guns, but does that really solve the problem of mass killings? I don't think so.


So here is what I propose

We change the 1st Amendment to make it illegal to peaceably assemble and make it illegal to be in a group of greater than 10 people. By doing this, we eliminate the target for mass killings.

This means:

No more concerts
No more football games
No more baseball games
No more soccer games
No more protests
No more political rallies

We must do all we can to stop these tragedies and by eliminating the allure to crazy people we can no longer tempt them

I think that making gun companies pay compensation for the victims of psychos would help a lot.
 
Start by locking up some docs who chose not to report their loony patients like they are required to do.

The Virginia Tech killer was seen by the Virginia Tech shrink who knew he was unstable. Did nothing, dozens dead.

Try enforcing the laws we already have, including immigration to slow down MS13.

That's already been attempted where the gun companies were sued like the tobacco cos. It got nowhere because they've never made any attempt to hide what their product is for - killing.

this is an interesting idea. I also bet the framers never would have been able to conceive of 30-40,000 people all being in the same place at once for regular recreation. When the founders came up with the first amendment they were clearly only thinking of small groups of people. Back then, the population of america was much smaller. They coudln't have imagined massive stadiums and other large places or congregation like we have today. We should really reign in the first amendment.

It really is the only way we can save lives. I mean even if we banned guns like France, psychos will build bombs, use trucks etc. Psychos will find any number of ways to kill people. But, if we keep people from gathering together then we can eliminate the scourge of mass killings.

This also means closing down public schools as they are mega targets. You never hear of home schooled houses being attacked do you?

The rifle , pistol are tools need to sue
Murderer & his estate he is responsible
For his actions the rifle & stock functioned
Flawlessly as expected when used for that purpose !! He was the problem .
