I think we'll find this guy was not into politics. He spent his time doing psychopath stuff. Killing cats and dogs, Planning and fantasizing about killing sprees. If he did care about voting, he's most likely republican/libertarian. But my hunch is he didn't even bother to vote. I wouldn't think he'd be engaged in society in any way other than to make money or to find victims to prey on. I'd be cross checking this guy with missing persons for possible connections. I'd bet he's killed before.

So, that's (Percentage-wise):
55% - Whites
16.6% - Blacks
7.7% - Latino
7.7% - Asian
3.3% - Native American
5.5% - Other

Anyway, by percentages of population or per capita you'll find that whites are not the most likely to commit mass murder, but because they are the largest demographic you will find that whites do commit more of these crimes by simple count.
