"Country Guitarist Who Whitnessed Las Vegas Shooting

Got to love it when they prove your point

No one wants your guns, contrary to the propaganda the NRA puts out and seemingly you have bought, gun regulation isn't gun grabbing, keep your guns, nobody cares, it is from this point forward that regulation dealing with the access to guns needs to be addressed. When some dimwit can go out and easily buy forty two guns of all kinds something ain't right

What if someone already has more than 42 guns of all kinds, none of which fit your definition of assault weapons?

What number do you put as a limit if you say 42 is too many? What about those that have more than whatever number you say is the limit? Do those get taken?

Godless America Tell me how well-educated you are said:
It is not working out well, that is why 58 and counting people died in Las Vegas, over 10,000+ plus a year in America

And guns are regulated, poorly I might add, and some day they will be regulated further, inevitable, people will realize that one's right to live, a natural right, supersedes what some mistakenly think is their absolute right to own a gun via the Second Amendment

Nothing is going happen, if the law is being enforced legitimately there is little you can do about it other than appeal legally

So?

As I said, anchovies, his opinion, your opinion, and my opinion are all irrelevant.

The law doesn't mean something different today because someone got shot at, anchovies.

Not at all, opinion lead to a change in the law, and as soon as others like this musician see the idiocy in the propaganda the gun manufactures have been dishing out via the NRA the laws will change, slowly, but they will change, in the era of mass media with the terror of mass murders so close other people will amend their view

So you might have a different view if your nearest and dearest were gunned down by a suicidal psychopath.

Or I might think it's just "part and parcel of life in a great global city", like the Muslim Mayor of Londonistan, capital of the Islamic Caliphate of Englandistan.

Or I might wonder why they allowed themselves to be targets for a suspected Antifa killer by attending an event that denied them the chance to defend their own lives.

What I wouldn't do is blame an inanimate object because I "felt" emotional, like a big, wet girl.

How have your predictions been panning out lately, anchovies? :rofl2:

Bring it, anchovies. Cry for a Constitutional Convention. Demand that more ineffective laws to bolster the ones that already manifestly do not work be passed in states you don't infest, anchovies. I'm sure the legislators in those states will give your feeble feminized fumbling the consideration it deserves.

Oh, BTW, anchovies:

Thick, that is the only way one can describe it, thick, for the umpteenth time, the FACT is that NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT IS ABSOLUTE, none, even your icon Scalia acknowledge the FACT in the Hueller case

Point being guns can be regulated Constitutionally just as the other rights in the Bill of Rights have been, FACT

Your whole "Constitution weight" inanity means little

So that means that Trump can ban muslimes based on their religion? Because the 1st Amendment isn’t absolute right?

Or is it just yelling fire in a theater you are against?

I made a sensible proposal to make mass killings illegal and you weren’t in favor.

I can't help thinking that you'd piss yourself in that situation and cry like a little girl.

Scalia is my icon, anchovies? Who told you that, anchovies? :dunno:

What you, I , or a musician "think" is not case law, anchovies.

The Second stands, anchovies.

Will you try to impose limits on my ownership of property because you don't like my property, anchovies?

What's your legal basis for such an argument, anchovies?

Answer, anchovies,

gun laws are constitutional idiot

Well, first off, any killings/murders are illegal

Secondly, if the Court, whose job is to interpret the law, decides if is unconstitutional, then he can't ban based upon religion, which has been the case. And before you start attempting to apply the same to guns, the only decision, and it was a inane decision which will some day be overturned, was the Hueller case, which basically decided that people living in DC could own a gun in their home, that's it, cases using it as a precedent haven't gotten anywhere to date

Tell me how well-informed you are on the issue, anchovies.
