By the way, mechanics have a very apt analogy to the 'Deep State'. They're called Gremlins, and they are the cause of all mechanical malfunctions. The fact that you can't prove they don't exist is exactly what the Gremlins want you to believe.

those are administrative leaks, and they are most likely done by partisans.
Deep State refers to IC head leaks or manipulations of raw intel to report levels,
or actual INTEL assessments based on prejudicial institutional views

it's impossible to prove because you are relying on classifed docs.
The Clapper non-classified assessment is classic. They refer to classified info,but can't use that info in non-classifed settings.
If it wasn't for the Clapper lies (like about the unmasking) there wouldn't be any fingerprints.

FBI reports to the Director of National Intelligence who reports to the President on matters of Intelligence.
Congress oversees budget appropriations.
The FBI is part of the Executive branch.

Judicial is it's own branch of government.
