As usual the real story comes out

FEMA administrator talking about how the mayor is full of shit:

Long is exactly right. It's about 'unity of command'. I used to work for the State Health Dept. Every employee there had to be on call during hurricane season. Didn't matter if you were on the medical staff or a janitor. Everyone would be assigned something to do when those shelters opened up. We were required to take the FEMA class and briefing once a year and fully understand the 'unity of command' knowing what each level was and exactly who to report to get our orders/duties. I realize this mayor must be feeling the anguish of frantic people in her area, but she's got to get her own emotions in check to be able to direct and lead in her position.

This thread will be a good archeological find for those who want to study this era & try to understand the mindset of those who inexplicably supported Trump.

On Friday morning, Deputy FEMA Administrator Daniel Kaniewski told CNN that the containers in the San Juan port likely hold retail goods and not hurricane relief supplies.

“There are millions of meals and millions of liters of water that are on the island right now that are in the process of being distributed,” Kaniewski said during a live interview. “Now, we’ve seen video images of cargo containers sitting in the port. I can assure you that those are not FEMA containers. Those are retail goods that have probably been sitting there for days or weeks.”

“FEMA containers and commodities are going and have been received at regional distribution centers,” Kaniewski continued. “Those regional distribution centers then distribute it to the 78 municipalities” that make up Puerto Rico.

So, the point I initially made - before you frantically spewed out about a dozen strawmen - is that the President has shown no leadership during this crisis whatsoever. During the crucial first week, when conditions on the ground were truly desperate, he focused the entire national conversation on NFL players standing during a song.

What I just said is what I said at the start, and have said many times since. But you'll still come up with strawmen like "they're getting aid there as fast as they can!" and "why aren't YOU volunteering?"

I'm telling you: I'm very concerned about you. You fell under Trump's spell, sometime between "I just want a conservative court" and "how dare you criticize the almighty Trump!"

This is a weak criticism even by your standards.

Every indication is the federal government functioned, dare I say it?...better than usual, after this recent disaster. The supplies not only got to PR quickly, but monies were released and 10,000 federal disaster workers were dispatched.

Quickly and in a timely fashion. The problem appears to be with the local government. Whether it's politically motivated or simply because the place is so devastated the roads are impassable is the only question.

That Trump was in a dust-up with the NFL is irrelevant: it just doesn't matter. I'm sure the people of PR couldn't care less. Trump did what mattered most to them.

To try and pin this on Trump is unadulterated partisan bullshit. I hope people are paying attention to what's really going. The left and the media hope they aren't.

And not one of them can drive a truck. lol

2018 and 2020 are going to be so much fun, watching the liberal candidates trying to distance themselves from all the lies the left has been spewing.

They will double down. They are not influenced by truth, but by emotions, and those are manipulated by the DEMOCRAT-infested media.

Do you think a single liberal cares about Puerto Ricans? A disaster is a propaganda opportunity to liberals.

Nobody can, apparently lol.

Mayor McPhoto-Op found a driver.

The cunt Mayor found a truck and driver to take her and her DEMOCRAT-infested media pals for a joy ride glad-handing and grandstanding.

See all that food and water she's handing out to the folks she was crying about on camera? Me neither.

And is that a military vehicle she's in?

Nope. I'm telling an ignorant bigot the conditions on the ground.

Your lazy assed President failed on this one, pal. Get used to it. He's failing on almost every front.

So you are going to take one leftists word for it? Other Mayors say all she has been doing is grandstanding.
When you go there and volunteer come talk to me. Otherwise it is YOU who are failing

lol

When you remove your head from your ass, you would see the interviews with people standing 6-10 or more hours in line for water and fuel.

Keep defending that fucking loser, Katrina Don. It demonstrates your massive ignorance of reality.

Pitiable fucking bigot,

Pitiable fucking bigot,

OMG you mean an island that has been devastated has to wait for rations to be given out? Oh the fucking horror.

I mean, I get it now. Trump should have everything hand delivered to them in a brinks truck

Sorry shit stain, your Katrina meme is falling flat. You are failing yet again

I saw an interview with two FEMA people who were FINALLY the first two responders to visit a particular town. DAYS after the hurricane. The natives were begging for water, food and medical supplies. The response? "We will relay your concerns to our superiors."

Great fucking response,huh?

Yeah, prick. The weatherman was telling them Maria was coming for DAYS. It's not like they got caught by surprise. Excuse after excuse. With Orangetweet, it's always someone else's fault.

He's a fucking joke and a miserable failure.

The Katrina meme is a joke lol.

I think the media over extended on this one. I hope it bites them in the ass.
