Any law can be challenged in court, many are and found to be unconstitutional. If Obamacare is challenged and it is found that it does not provide healthcare that is both affordable and available then the law becomes invalid as it is not fulfilling its charter. This would be comparable to a law designed to reduce drug addicts but in some way it actually created more drug addicts. Obamacare is creating more uninsured, this was not it's purpose. The law becomes unenforcible if too few have insurance. Nothing like this should ever happen, but laws written by humans are fallible this one failed
